For landowners

Lease your land for a solar farm or energy storage

Steady long-term rent for land that earns little today. We make a one-off payment when the lease is signed, and from the start of construction we pay the full rent — a year in advance and indexed to inflation every year. We handle the paperwork.

Energy storage — rentfrom PLN 80,000/ha/year
Solar farm — rentfrom PLN 15,000/ha/year
Lease term25–29 years
Plot sizefrom 0,3 ha

The rate depends on how attractive the land is.

Indicative rent — scenario

Annual rent at the minimum rate—

This is an indicative scenario, not an offer: the minimum rate from the table × area. We will quote a rate for a specific plot after analysing it (grid capacity, zoning plan, access, plot shape). Until construction starts, a one-off payment made on signing applies; details, including indexation, are set out in the lease.

What land we are looking for

We analyse every plot technically and legally before signing a lease.

  • From 0,3 ha (large-scale farms: from 20 ha)
  • Power line or substation nearby
  • Soil class IV, V, VI or wasteland
  • Flat or south-facing land
  • Not forested and outside flood zones
  • Access to a public road

What we offer

  • Additional stable income for 25–29 years
  • A payment on signing, full rent from the start of construction — a year in advance, indexed
  • We take care of all the paperwork
  • Compensation for lost crops when construction starts
  • After the lease: removal of the installation and restoration of the land
  1. 01You offer your plot

A plot number or a click on the map is enough.

  2. 02We check the potential

Capacity at the nearest substation, zoning plan, site constraints.

  3. 03We sign the lease

25–29-year lease. On signing we make a one-off payment for the project preparation period.

  4. 04Design and construction

We prepare the design and apply for permits. From the start of construction we pay the full rent a year in advance, and we compensate for crops lost during construction.

Check your plot

Find your plot on aerial photos and submit it for a free analysis. You can add several plots at once.

The precinct (obręb) is usually the name of the village or part of town, as in the land register extract. You can also enter the full ID (e.g. 040301_2.0005.179/18), just the number (we search the precinct in the map centre) or an address.

    What the free analysis includes
    • You will immediately see the plot number, precinct, municipality and area (ULDK register, GUGiK) and whether it lies in an area where we are looking for land.
    • Our specialist will check the distance to the substation and the available capacity published by the grid operator, the zoning or general plan, nature protection, flood risk, utilities, access and soil classes — using data from GUGiK, GDOŚ, ISOK, planning registers and grid operators.
    • Without the grid operator it is not possible to confirm whether and on what terms a connection will be possible. Only the connection conditions issued at the investor’s request settle this.
